This is a sushi restaurant located in Chuo Ward, Sapporo City, just a 5-minute walk from Susukino Station. The interior has 8 counter seats, with no private rooms, and all seats are non-smoking. Our History
Opened in 2012, 'Sushi Hidetaka' offers sushi made with seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. The omakase dishes feature beautifully crafted pieces that are characterized by their precise handwork, making it a renowned restaurant that provides a reason to visit.

The owner of the restaurant, who is from 'Sushi Zen', offers sushi that incorporates his unique creativity while inheriting traditional techniques. He has also received a star in the Michelin Guide. Thanks to the owner's personality and storytelling skills, he creates an atmosphere where diners can enjoy their meals in a relaxed yet upscale environment.
